LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the conference organizer will provide you an official invitation letter for attending the 36th Assembly of Advanced Materials Congress 2020, Italy. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Full Name (as per your passport)
- Postal address
- Date and place of birth
- Passport number and date of expiration
If you have a keynote, invited, oral or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.
The overseas visitors outside Europe entering Italy should hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. Citizens having passports from certain countries need a VISA to visit Italy. Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA) is situated on an artificial peninsula reclaimed from the sea, approximately 10 km from the port. It is served by taxi and by bus. The bus will take you straight to Genova Porta Principe railway station.
