LETTER OF INVITATION

Upon request, the congress organizer will provide you an official invitation letter for attending the International Conclave on Materials, Energy and Climate in Delhi, India. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Full Name (as per your passport)
  • Postal address
  • Date and place of birth
  • Passport number and date of expiration

If you have a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.

Visa information

The overseas visitors should hold a passport which is valid for a minimum of 6 months at the time of entry into India. Citizens having passports from certain countries need a visa to visit India. For more information about visa to attend the conference in India, please contact the Indian Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Indira Gandhi International Airport is the primary international airport serving Delhi, India. It is situated in Palam, Delhi, 16 km south-west of the New Delhi Railway Station and 17 km from Delhi centre.
