Admission Policy and Speaker’ Guidelines

Conference Admissions Policy:

  • Only pre-registered delegates will be allowed to attend the sessions. Registration is only considered “complete” if you have filled all the related details and paid the invoice the event.
  • No one under the age of 15 will be allowed to attend conference unless they have taken the prior written consent of the Organisers.
  • Representative media staff will take photographs and/or film/record videos during the sessions. Anyone joining the sessions consents to such photography and filming without recompense and authorises that the Organizers shall be permitted to use such photographs and videos for the intent of advertising, for use in any and all media, without obligation. No other photography or filming will be allowed at IAAM organized events without the prior written approval of the Organizers.
  • If you wish to be excluded from participating in the photography, recordings, screen shots, filming or in sound recording as members of the audience, then please notify the organizer as soon as possible and prior to the commencement of the session.
  • You undertake that you will not copy, record, photograph, take screen shots or permit the copying of event materials, or distribute any materials via internet or intranet, or disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties for any purpose whatsoever, save as permitted.

You must at all times:

  • Behave in a professional manner, acting with honesty and integrity.
  • Abide by the rules and policies.
  • Show courtesy, consideration and respect to others.
  • Prepare for the session as required or as detailed in your joining instructions.
  • Respect the confidentiality of all information that you acquire during the course of the sessions.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove from the conference or venue if anyone:

  • who does not comply with our policy.
  • who they reasonably consider is likely to break these rules.
  • who is prohibited from attending under any applicable sanctions, laws, and/or regulations.
