LETTER OF INVITATION

Upon request, the congress organizer will provide you an official invitation letter for attending the European Advanced Materials Congress, in Southhampton, United Kingdom. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Full Name (as per your passport)
• Postal address
• Date and place of birth
• Passport number and date of expiration

If you have a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.

VISA INFORMATION

The overseas visitors outside Europe entering UK should hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. Citizens having passports from certain countries need a VISA to visit UK. For more information about visa for business trips and to attend conferences in UK, please contact the British Embassy or Consulate in your country.
