Letter Of Invitation

Upon request, the conference organizer will provide you with an official invitation letter to attend the Advanced Materials World Congress. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Full Name (as per your passport)
• Postal address
• Date and place of birth
• Passport number and date of expiration

If you have a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.

Visa Information

Citizens having passports from certain countries need a VISA to visit USA. For more information about visa for business trips and to attend conferences in Zurich, please contact the Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Please note that the invitation letter will be sent to delegates by email only. Please be aware that we will not be able to directly contact consulates or embassies regarding any visa issue. As the participant, it is your sole responsibility to apply and follow up on your visa application.

Zurich Kloten International Airport (IATA: ZRH) is the main airport to reach by flight. You may book one taxi to reach the venue upon your arrival.
