Letter Of Invitation

Upon request, the conference organizer will provide you an official invitation letter for attending the Composite Materials Congress. This may assist in getting the appropriate visa. However, such an invitation does not imply any responsibility or liability for travel or other expenses. If you need an invitation letter for the VISA application, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

  • Full Name (as per your passport)
  • Postal address
  • Date and place of birth
  • Passport number and date of expiration

If you have a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or the title.

Visa Information

Citizens having passports from certain countries need a VISA to visit USA. For more information about visa for business trips and to attend conferences in Orlando, please contact the Embassy or Consulate in your country.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is situated 45 miles from the port canaveral. You may book one taxi to reach the port upon your arrival.
