Similar to your travel between the airport and hotel, you can book a taxi service for traveling to the ship terminal too. The address of the terminal is Viking Line Terminal, Stadsgården 116 30, Stockholm, Sweden. From there, if you have completed your conference registration, your accommodation is pre-arranged on the cruise.
Helsinki is the midway stop of the overall cruise journey of the conference. You may want to depart from the conference at the Terminal in Helsinki and travel back from Helsinki International Airport. In such a case, you will have to make sure to inform us beforehand so that we may schedule your talk/presentation accordingly.
From the cruise terminal in Helsinki, you may take any available taxi service to reach the Helsinki International Airport.
After returning to Stockholm on the last day, you will have two options for your travel:
If you want to go to your Hotel/Airport directly, you may take any taxi service from the terminal and proceed to your destination.
If you decide to go for Social Activity/Sightseeing on the bus, you will deboard the bus at the Central Railway Station in Stockholm. You may take a taxi from the station to your hotel or airport. You can also reach the Arlanda International Airport through Arlanda Express which runs between the railway station and airport four-six times an hour. It is one of the fastest means to reach the airport from the station taking about 20 minutes for the trip.
