IAAM Awards
The IAAM is a leading non-profit scientific organization focused on Advanced Materials Science, Engineering, and Technology. To encourage exceptional research and noteworthy contributions towards societal betterment, IAAM presents the "Awards and Recognitions" to distinguished researchers. During the BCS award ceremony, IAAM will reveal the IAAM Medals, IAAM Scientist Medals, and Young Scientist Medals. If you wish to nominate someone for the awards, you may do so by sending an email to coordinator@advancedmaterialscongress.org. The nomination should include the name and affiliation of the nominator, the nominee's name and affiliation, a brief summary of the nominee's achievements, and a list of their top publications pertinent to the award.
Best Oral and Poster Presentation Awards
All oral and poster presentations are automatically eligible for the Best Oral and Poster Presentation Award contest. The International Association of Advanced Materials will evaluate each contribution and announce the winner on the final day of the conference.
Congress Proceeding
Abstracts of presentations will be selected for publication after a rigorous peer-review process. The selected abstracts will be published in a separate volume with an ISBN and DOI. The abstracts will follow the standard format and should not exceed 2 pages, including references.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full papers for the conference proceedings. The proceedings will contain articles with a maximum of 4 pages, including an introduction, experiments, results and discussion, and a conclusion. The submitted papers will undergo a thorough peer-review process, and only high-quality papers will be selected for publication.
The conference proceedings will be published in indexed conference proceedings, making them easily accessible to the scientific community. The proceedings will include papers from various fields and disciplines, covering a wide range of research topics. The aim of the proceedings is to provide a platform for researchers to showcase their work and share their findings with the scientific community.
Conference Journal
Presentations at academic conferences and symposia are crucial platforms for researchers and scholars to share their findings and exchange ideas with their peers. The International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) is one such organization that provides a global platform for researchers to present their work in the field of advanced materials.
The IAAM conducts several international conferences and symposia every year, providing opportunities for researchers to present their work and engage in discussions with their peers. As per the guidelines issued by the IAAM, the full article of the presentations made at the conference will be published in a special issue of the official journal of the association, Advanced Materials Letters. The journal follows a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality of the published work.
Authors are advised to carefully follow the Author Guidelines during the preparation of their manuscripts. The guidelines provide detailed instructions on the formatting, referencing, and other technical aspects of the manuscript. Authors must ensure that their manuscript adheres to the guidelines to ensure a smooth peer-review process.
The IAAM uses an Online Submission System for the submission of manuscripts. Authors must submit their manuscripts through the system before the deadline for full paper submission, which is 31 December 2024. Late submissions will not be accepted. Advanced Materials Letters is an open-access journal that was launched in June 2010 with the aim of highlighting the latest progress in the world of advanced materials. The journal publishes original research papers, review articles, and short communications on various topics related to advanced materials.
One of the unique features of the journal is that it does not charge any subscription or processing fees, making it accessible to researchers from all over the world. The journal has a wide readership, including researchers, academics, and industry professionals interested in the latest developments in the field of advanced materials. Thus, the IAAM provides an excellent platform for researchers to present their work and engage with their peers in the field of advanced materials. The full articles of the presentations made at the conference will be published in a special issue of Advanced Materials Letters after the peer-review process. Authors must adhere to the guidelines and submit their manuscripts through the Online Submission System before the deadline of 31 December 2024.
Video Proceedings
The lectures of the congress will be recorded and may be published in the open-access video journal of IAAM, “Video Proceedings of Advanced Materials” after the peer-review process to put all the lectures in literature. The journal provides a comprehensive audio-visual overview of the multi-inter-trans disciplinary areas of advanced materials research, innovation, and technology.
We are excited to announce that the lectures presented during the congress will be recorded and made available to the scientific community. The recordings may be published in the open-access video journal of the International Association of Advanced Materials, known as the "Video Proceedings of Advanced Materials," after undergoing a thorough peer-review process.
