If you require a visa to attend the Baltic Conference Series, the conference organizer can furnish you with an official invitation letter upon request. This letter may assist in obtaining the appropriate visa. However, please note that the invitation does not entail any obligation or responsibility for travel or other expenses. To request an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact us promptly and provide the following information:
- Your full name (as per your passport)
- Postal address
- Date and place of birth
- Passport number and expiry date
- If you are giving a keynote, invited, oral, or poster presentation, please provide the abstract ID or title.
Non-European visitors must possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity from the date of their entry. If you require further details on business trip visas or attending conferences in Sweden, please reach out to the Embassy or Consulate in your home country.
Please be informed that invitation letters will only be sent via email to delegates. We regret to inform you that we are unable to liaise with embassies or consulates regarding any visa-related concerns. As the participant, you are solely responsible for submitting and monitoring your visa application.
